Early bird: The early bird fee is valid for registration and payment until 2 August 2022.

On-site: The on-site fee is valid for payment on-site in Köln from 4 September 2022.

Conference Dinner: at Quater 1 at 7:00 pm l costs 25 EUR l Location HERE

Terms of registration and cancellation

- The registration of participation is binding.

- If you have to cancel the registration, you get 100% back until 30 days before the start of the conference (minus € 20 handling fee!). In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.

- Tickets for the conference dinner and fees for field trips will not be reimbursed (unless the field trip is cancelled). The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).

- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

- The conference program may be subject to changes.

- Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be altered to a virtual meeting. In this case, payments may be refunded partially.

Please note the following additional information concerning data protection:

- At our conference you will be asked to wear a name badge.

- Furthermore, photos might be taken or films shot, members of the press might attend. Upon request we will gladly provide you with more details, or ask us on-site during the event.
